Terms of Use

These terms apply when you access or use zCommand, a free-to-play community game project operated from Queensland, Australia. Contact: privacy@zcmd.net.

By creating an account or continuing to use zCommand, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 16 to create an account. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has permitted your use and reviewed these terms. Provide accurate account information, keep your password secure, and tell the operator promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

One person must not access another player’s account without permission. You are responsible for activity through your account except to the extent caused by the operator’s failure to take reasonable care.

Fair and acceptable play

You must not:

• cheat, automate player actions, exploit defects, manipulate requests, evade limits, or use unauthorised bots or scripts;
• attack, probe, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the game or another player’s access;
• impersonate others, mislead players, spam, harass, threaten, discriminate, or share unlawful or seriously harmful content;
• publish another person’s private information without authority;
• buy, sell, trade or transfer accounts or game assets outside features expressly provided by zCommand; or
• use zCommand for unlawful conduct.

Report suspected abuse through the in-game reporting controls rather than retaliating.

User content and moderation

You retain responsibility for messages, names, profile material and allegiance content you submit. You give the operator a limited permission to store, reproduce and display that content only as needed to operate, secure and moderate zCommand.

The operator may review reported content, restrict interactions, remove content, rename inappropriate identities, warn users, suspend or close accounts, and preserve relevant records. Decisions may consider context, repeat conduct, safety and game integrity. You may contact privacy@zcmd.net to ask for a moderation decision to be reviewed.

Virtual currency and game assets

Z, turns, land, units, research, rankings and all other game assets are fictional gameplay records. They are not money, property, investments, stored value or financial products; have no cash value; and cannot be redeemed for cash. Access is a limited, personal, revocable permission to use game features under these terms.

Game balances, rewards, costs and rules may change for balance, security or continued development. The operator will try to give reasonable notice of material changes where practicable. No outcome, ranking, continued availability or future feature is promised.

Availability and changes

zCommand is an evolving game. Features may contain defects or be changed, paused or withdrawn. Maintenance, faults, security events or circumstances outside reasonable control may interrupt access. The operator may reset or correct game state where reasonably necessary to repair corruption, reverse an exploit, enforce rules or restore fair play, with a record of the correction where practicable.

Suspension and ending use

You may stop using the service at any time and can close a non-administrator account through Account settings. Closure anonymises the account while retaining de-identified records reasonably needed for game integrity, security, moderation and disputes. Contact the address above if the self-service control is unavailable. The operator may suspend or close access for a serious or repeated breach, security risk, legal requirement, prolonged inactivity, or discontinuation of the service. Where appropriate, the operator will try to explain the reason and provide a reasonable review opportunity.

Liability and rights that cannot be excluded

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a right, guarantee, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including any rights that may apply under the Australian Consumer Law.

To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost opportunities, lost game progress, or loss caused by another player, unauthorised third-party conduct, or events outside reasonable control. Any permitted limitation must be read subject to your non-excludable rights and does not apply where the operator is legally responsible and liability cannot be limited.

Intellectual property

Except for user content and identified third-party material, zCommand’s software, design, text and artwork are owned by or licensed to the operator. You may use them only through normal personal gameplay. These terms do not transfer ownership or permit commercial reuse.

Governing law and changes to these terms

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Courts with jurisdiction in Queensland may hear disputes, subject to any rights you have to bring a matter elsewhere under applicable law.

These terms may be updated when the service, risks or law change. Material changes will be identified on this page or through an in-game notice where practicable. Continued use after a change takes effect indicates acceptance; if you do not accept a change, stop using the service.
